Statement of Non-Political Action
Effective: January 1st, 2025
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, The C.C.L Foundation d.b.a. The Campus Equality Project is committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nonprofit organizations, including the prohibition of participation or intervention in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. This statement outlines our commitment to maintaining a strictly nonpartisan stance in all of our activities and operations.
No Endorsements or Opposition to Candidates: The C.C.L. Foundation d.b.a. The Campus Equality Project will not endorse, oppose, or otherwise support any candidate for public office at the federal, state, or local levels. This includes refraining from making contributions to political campaigns, issuing public statements in support of or opposition to candidates, or engaging in any activity that may be construed as political campaign intervention.
Nonpartisan Educational and Charitable Activities: The C.C.L. Foundation d.b.a. The Campus Equality Project is dedicated to conducting activities that align with its mission of charitable and educational purposes. Any advocacy, research, or public education initiatives undertaken by The C.C.L. Foundation d.b.a.
